27th November The Christmas Experience

Go on a magical journey with 6 experiences

Check in to passport control and see who’s been naughty or nice. Head off for a 2 hour experience collecting your stamps in each stop. Visit the mail room and write your letters to Santa and post it in the magic elf mail.

Head over to the Teddy workshop to stuff your very own 16inch bear with carry me home bag and certificate.

Visit Mrs. C and decorate your cookie and sing the elf’s favorite Christmas song Jingle Bells.

Then walk through the enchanted forest to see the Northern lights while feeding the real reindeer.

Visit the big man in his grotto collect your photo and letter from Santa.

Now its time for a special gift from Santa's special selection.

Each child will get a passport, cookie, 16inch teddy with carry me home bag, certificate, letter from Santa, printed photo in frame, gift from Santa, chance to see real reindeer

Ts&Cs

1 Under 1’s are free of charge as observers. All children 1 year and over are full price as per pricing

2 only 2 adults will be admitted with each paying child due to social distancing each adult must buy a entry ticket for that day

3 if you miss your time slot we will try and get you in on the next available time but this may not be on the day you have booked we will not refund any missed bookings it’s down to customers to make sure your here on time for your slot.

4 tickets are not transferable to other dates due to limited tickets on sale due to social distancing

5 Face coverings

All visitors, aged 11 and over, are required to wear a face mask or covering whilst visiting The Elf Village, the grotto unless medically exempt. Visitors aged eight and up are encouraged to wear a face covering.

6 Card payments

Please pay via contactless payment wherever possible.

7 we can’t help the que times for Santa we have spaced out the experiences to try and help this as fast as we can

8 Santa visit

children will not be allowed to sit on santas knee but we do have some stools next to Santa he will also have a Santa face mask for safety.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

COVID Policy - REFUND - 

Willow Tree Family Farm will only offer a refund on any ticket if you meet any of the following 

Your postcode is in Tier 3 on the date of the booking 

You have tested positive to COVID 

The charity has to cancel the date due to goverment restriction 

Refunds will not be processed prior to the event date and when purchasing the tickets you understand you are aware of the terms oulined in the pruchase. 

Willow Tree Family Farm will retain £20 from each booking that is non refundable but will offer this in a  £20 family visit pass to use within 6months the remaining balance will be refunded with 60days from the date of refund.

Although we are confident we can safely open our doors under current government guidance, we are conscious that these guidelines could change. If this happens in a way that compromises our ability to safely put on our production, all guests will of course have the option to transfer their booking to another day if possible or the 2021 Christmas Experience
