Check in at guest check in for your magic ticket. (You get to keep this)

Get your ticket stamped at passport control and collect your passport.

head off for an experience of wonder and excitement collect your stamps in each stop head into the mail room you can write your letter to Santa and post this in the mailbox (return certificate for good children when you visit Santa)

head off down throw the winder forest to the elf bear building stage here you will help the elves tidy up the presents our naughty sugar plumb has left them everywhere then build your very own 16’’ bear get your bear bag heart and certificate that will be approved by our elves.

we will then go down the chimney to Mrs Claus cookie workshop here you will decorate your cookie and have photos with Mrs C herself.

After this you will go into the Christmas village where you can exchange your tokens for hot drinks and sweets from our elf candy stall when your ready you can go through the elf’s village up the enchanted forest to see the northern lights there you can feed the reindeer. you will wait to see the big man him self once inside Santa’s lodge you will get to have a photo and tell him all about your good side Santa will then put you on the good or bad list depending on how you have been. Santa will stamp your passport port give you a good certificate and you can choose your very on toy from the toy wall.

After this you can walk into the woodland and visit the secret elf’s village

Merry Christmas

Each child will receive entry to willow tree farm, Entry to the Christmas Experience A Christmas ticket, a passport, a cookie, 16inch teddy with carry me home bag, certificate and heart, sweet bag or hot drink,  certificate from Santa, printed photo in frame, gift from Santa, meet Santa’s reindeer.

Each Adult will receive entry to willow tree farm, a free hot drink of your choice visit to see Santa, chance to see Santa’s reindeer, Entry to the Christmas Experience

Ts&Cs

1 Under 1’s are free of charge as observers.  (babies in pushchairs )All children 1 year and over are full price as per pricing

2 only 2 adults will be admitted with each paying child due to space with in our experience  each adult must buy a entry ticket for that day

3 if you miss your time slot we will try and get you in on the next available time but this may not be on the day you have booked we will not refund any missed bookings it’s down to customers to make sure your here on time for your slot.

4 tickets are not transferable to other dates due to limited tickets on sale 

5 please not all children under 16 will need a childrens ticket anyone 17 years above may enter under an adult ticket please note only 2 adults per paying child
